We have been notified that due to Hurricane Fay, the following Florida Courts will be close on Tuesday August 19th, 2008: Hillsborough, Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
All requests in these counties and others that follow suit will be delayed until the courts reopen (hopefully on Wednesday the 20th). We'll keep you posted on the developments.

The aforementioned courts have all be reopened as of August 20, 2008.
